I've missed this... not! I didn't sleep at all, but that's not surprising. It's gonna take a day to get into full swing of things. I'm slightly tired already, so the next nap should get me going.

According to Zeo I actually got about ten minutes of light sleep this time. But frankly it was just enough to get me tired, nothing more. I'm feeling the worst enemy of winter adaptations already - the cold. However, getting and staying up is not too hard yet, expect the troubles to start tomorrow night.

Good, refreshing nap. According to Zeo, I got 10 minutes worth of deep sleep, so that probably explains bit of the refreshedness. Still, I feel a bit tired overall. My eyes hurt etc.

I almost forgot this nap, I was so immersed in the stuff I did. I had to set alarms bit later, but in the end it hardly mattered because I didn't sleep much. I passed out for a moment and according to Zeo I had REM, but I doubt it. But overall I think I slept, but like I said, only for moment, like couple of minutes. I'm feeling refreshed.
Day 1.5

Not the most refreshing of naps, but still, at least I fell asleep. I could be much more tired as well, everything is still going fine considering that. First time I didn't wake up with my alarm, it needed my phone to go off to get me up.

Again a short bit of deep sleep during this one. For the first time the third alarm was called into action after I nearly went back to sleep. Don't remember Zeo's alarm again. It is proving to be too soft after all?
All in all no REM in first day, some short bouts of deep sleep in couple of naps, but that's all. Tomorrow will be important, especially the coming night.
