Not much to update. I still suffer from tiredness/groggyness right after waking up, but no trouble besides that. I'm very comfortable with this schedule and feel like I could go on and on. Dream recall has improved slightly and I had a lucid dream couple of days ago, but it still nowhere near as good as with normal schedule. It's under a week before World Cup ends and after that I'm going Uberman! Yay!
I'm yet to figure out alternative alarms but at least I have my sis around to assist. I'll tell her to ensure I really wake up during day-times. But for nights I still gotta have some back-up plan.
