Day 12 - Resetting Everything

I don't see the point of doing the typing test any more, sorry

I'm still off balance in terms of my schedule, but I'll start napping soon enough. I feel very good.

Normal morning tiredness is already starting to creep in. It's likely that I keep the napping rhythm pretty tight at the beginning.

Oversleep
I got a quick nap but failed to get up. Result: about 5 hour oversleep. I'm beginning to worry if I lose my napping form with these constant problems. I mean you could say that I've been on monophasic for past few days, there's been so much normal sleep. I really need to clean my act up.

Oversleep 2
What was intended as an half hour nap streched to bit over a hour. This is going down the toilet at the moment. I suppose I lose the 17:35 nap, it's too close. I hate my lack of discipline.

So I skipped the 17:35 nap and will continue with normal schedule at 21:35
