Everyman Day 1, Take 3

Let's see if we finally get this underway. Still planning to see if the 3h + 4 naps is sustainable or just too much.

Core

Once again, the "REM" part in the Core sleeps is whether I remembered any REM - If I'm healthy I am supposed to have had REM in that 3h segment. I think I nailed the Core's lenght - I am tired, but not as tired as in past attempts and this I could actually bear. I had to shift the waking time later as I couldn't sleep at the beginning.

Nap 1

This nap was full 35 minutes late. I'm still finding my way. I'm not skipping naps like in Uberman, the break would be too much.

Looks like I'll miss the third nap for today. I went to sleep a bit after my target time, stayed in bed for 1½ hours with no traces of sleep, so I guess I'm just not tired enough. Weird. I guess it'll get easier once I get more sleepdeprived, if ever.

So yeah, I'll hit my core again, it was two nap day today... See ya in tomorrow's post.
