I overslept because I forgot to hit snooze, instead I complely shut down the alam. I should really just put the alarm so far away that it forces me to get up. I slept so long that I doubt I can take all the naps I intended today. One nap when I get tired, max two. I hate my lack of discipline. How many times I've already said that?

Again I stayed in bed for nearly half an hour before getting up. Overall it took over an hour to get this nap once again. I'd predict I need another nap closer to morning.
