Day Three - Let's Get It On!

I count that as an another missed nap. I was somewhat hyper when going to sleep and my mind took a while to calm down. It calmed down for a few minutes before alarm, but I really don't feel like I slept once again. I would expect this to make me very tired pretty soon.

Nope, not at least pretty soon. Been up an hour since "waking up" from the nonexistant nap and still no tiredness. I'm not on my sharpest mental state, but it's only a little bit away from normal.

Well now that I'm halfway the phase there's very slight tiredness crept in, but only ever so slight. I played some Modern Warfare 2 to ease it - fighting for survival always works to get your alertness up, even if it is just virtual survival.

I tempted the fate a bit after this nap - I stayed just shortly in the bed and I can tell you, it was very close that I would have fell straight back to sleep. Tomorrow my sis will come home and hopefully stuff like that will be history.

I don't remember much about this nap (I'm writing this after next one already). It was fairly straightforward phase I guess.

Pretty standard nap in terms of lenght. I got a bit scared upon waking up as I felt like I slept long, but it was normal time after all. I trained and ate pretty close to this nap. I guess I risked a bit on oversleep? I don't know. It didn't come but I'm tired now. My productivity has been close to zero today.

My tiredness eased off a bit during this phase. I also managed to write little something (=some productivity). But to be honest I'm feeling great considering it's been 28 hours with only <20 minutes of sleep at a time. Day 3.6

It gets tougher and tougher all the time to judge how long were I asleep. 15 min was the absolute maximum. Also where there is the boundary between wake and sleep? The more I experiment with it, the more blur the line gets.

But yeah, this phase is almost over, I've survived it quite well. I shouldn't oversleep, I double-checked everything and alarms are set right. So I'll be heading to bed. I'll be back in 20 minutes starting to write up Day Four's post.
