Day 6 - Why Are Mornings So Hard?

I'm just amazed how clear my head is. My test scores improved from yesterday, but aren't still at their best. Close enough.

I did my first proper training session under this attempt. I have had motivation problems regarding my training but now I managed to put in an effective upper body workout. I will be easing myself back to training slowly, I'd hope to be better adapted before trying anything too drastic.

We're closing in on the "tough spot" and my mental state is reacting. We'll see what happens soon enough, but overall I wouldn't expect any trouble yet.

Alright time is 7.45 and I'm finally starting to feel some marks of tiredness getting worse. I hope it limits to this phase, I'd really like to be fresh today.

You gotta hate it. Once again I have zero recollection on what happened. From what I can gather, I went to nap, got up, but fell asleep while sitting in front the computer.

There's no room for mistakes any more. Next mistake and we're shifting to Everyman as week is full soon. But at least I ought to be fresh once I clear this initial tiredness. Besides, Everyman doesn't seem so bad.

Apparently I didn't oversleep long enough in the morning as I've been tired the whole day.

I decided that I change the plans a bit. Once I hit my next mistake I'll change to SPAMAYL for a few days before shifting to everyman. I'm really curious about if that would work. I also feel like I could go on for far longer than what I've planned as I'm truly enjoying this for some reason. Only those rare moments when I feel really groggy suck.
