Day 1 - I'm Exhausted Already

It went as predicted. With normal "night's" sleep it's too early to go to bed, but I gave it a try anyway. Next nap might still be too early as well.

I really struggled to write in English for some reason. Whereas my Finnish typing speed was amazing, despite the fact that I made a big number of typos - my real speed was probably nearing 400 keys per minute without the mistakes.

Alright second nap nearing and I'm tiring out pretty nicely. I'm pretty sure the second nap is going to be success.

I really could've done with that sleep. I was tired, but never just fell asleep. Well, there's still time to get that sleep and besides, twilight is already setting in, so the hard part of the night is practically over.

And my sleep debt keeps on accumulating. That's the third nap on a row missed. It's gotten me pretty tired alright.

I thought I missed this nap, but to think of it couldn't be so refreshed now, three hours after waking up, if I haven't slept at all.

I was brutally tossed awake just when I had fallen asleep. I had some thoughts that my waking mind certainly didn't create, so maybe I was having REM, but it might've been just those hypnagological stuff before all the thoughts mess-up. It counts as success as I slept and couldn't help being awoken.

I'm starting to really tire. Now I need to really concentrate on staying awake for the first time. Soon we'll see if swapping the cycles has done any good, but day will change before that.
