Alright we're starting to close the second morning. I got through the first one mainly because the oversleep was still so close. I know I'll have a lot tougher time this time around. I'm planning to go jogging when I wake up from my second nap. I've not exercised anywhere near enough since starting this - or overall during this month.
These mornings are so hard.
I'm not feeling like posting rest of the day with normal format. I'll post some recapping of the effort so far next.
