Let's start counting from the start, because for all intents and purposes I've been living monophasically past few days. I'll do freerunning naps for the rest of the day but as my oversleep was so heavy I don't think I need them that much. I'll update to this post my Day 1 loggings tomorrow.

Fair enough. I missed all of the naps as expected after the huge oversleep this morning. I'll probably go to be a bit early and strect the core sleep today, but tomorrow I'll look to go exactly by the program.
